Accounting tasks:

Accounting Job Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Leading accounting team
  • Managing customer communication and expectations
  • Accounts Payable to include expense reports
  • Accounts receivable to include invoicing, collecting and assisting clients with invoice issues
  • Bank/Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Checking accuracy and completeness of all accounting documents
  • Monthly Journal Entries
  • Any other duties as assigned by management
  • Internal Financial Reporting
Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements:

  • 5 years of accounting experience -- Billing/Invoicing/ Accounts Payables Preferred Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required)
  • 10 key
  • Perform multiple tasks effectively
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Interface with clients and vendors
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
