Accounting tasks:
Accounting Job Duties include, but not limited to:
- Leading accounting team
- Managing customer communication and expectations
- Accounts Payable to include expense reports
- Accounts receivable to include invoicing, collecting and assisting clients with invoice issues
- Bank/Credit Card Reconciliations
- Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Checking accuracy and completeness of all accounting documents
- Monthly Journal Entries
- Any other duties as assigned by management
- Internal Financial Reporting
Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements:
- 5 years of accounting experience — Billing/Invoicing/ Accounts Payables Preferred Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required)
- 10 key
- Perform multiple tasks effectively
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Interface with clients and vendors
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
